while at the exhibit i quickly learned there was NO photography allowed. i still managed to take this one above.
Ai Weiwei is a Chinese artist making headline news at the moment. His photography exhibit at the Jeu de Paume is one to make me question, yet again, what is art? Not to say Ai Weiwei isn't an artist. This question only helps one frame the understanding of an answer that holds many boundaries and odd little crevices.
Personally I thought the exhibit was overrated.
